I visited Elite Care Medical Center with my daughter to see a dermatologist regarding a skin reaction she was experiencing, and I must say that our experience exceeded our expectations.

From the moment we arrived, the security officer was very helpful and assisted us with parking. As soon as we entered, we were welcomed by a beautiful reception area with a calm and pleasant ambience. The staff were incredibly warm, professional, and always smiling, which immediately put us at ease.

One thing that stood out was how prompt their service was. We hardly had to wait before my daughter’s vital signs were taken and we were ushered in to see Dr. Frank Appiagyei. He was absolutely wonderful: kind, patient, and very reassuring. He made us feel comfortable from the start, almost as though he had known us for years. He took the time to carefully explain everything about my daughter’s condition, the recommended investigations, and the treatment plan.

When it was time for the laboratory tests, the staff again demonstrated exceptional professionalism. They clearly explained each procedure and what the various tests were intended to assess. Most importantly, they treated my daughter with dignity, respect, and sensitivity throughout the process, which meant a great deal to me as a parent.

While waiting for the results, we spent some time in the lounge area, which was beautifully designed; relaxing, calming, and impeccably maintained. Even the overall scent and cleanliness of the facility contributed to a very pleasant experience.

I also learned that, beyond dermatology services, they offer aesthetic treatments such as facials and other skincare services.

I would highly recommend Elite Care Medical Center to anyone seeking quality dermatological care or aesthetic services. The combination of excellent customer service, professionalism, efficiency, and genuine compassion has completely won me over. I wouldn’t hesitate to return whenever the need arises.

My daughter and I just left Elite Care Medical Center after our very first visit, and I honestly felt like I was at a spa from the moment we walked in until the moment we left. The atmosphere was peaceful, calming, and beautifully maintained. Even though there was a small wait, it truly didn’t matter because the office is immaculate, smells lovely, and feels so welcoming.

Dr. Frank is extremely knowledgeable and has such a wonderful bedside manner. He treated my daughter with genuine care, patience, and professionalism, which immediately put me at ease. Every staff member we encountered was kind, professional, and attentive.

I also want to specifically mention the phlebotomist, who was incredibly gentle with my daughter. This was the very first time she had blood drawn and she did not scream or cry out in pain at all, which says a lot. They also provided her test results very quickly — the same day — which I greatly appreciated.

One thing I truly appreciate about living in Ghana is that when it comes to beauty, wellness, dermatology, dentistry, and personal care services, people really take the time to do things properly — and Elite Medical Care Center reflects exactly that level of excellence.

Best healthcare provider I’ve encountered. Staff are very friendly, helpful and professional. It’s all smiles throughout. They make you feel welcome and comfortable. 10/10 experience.
The doctor took his time to engage with me for as long as I needed. Lab results were received within an hour and I didn’t have to book another appointment just for the result. It’s easy to locate as well.

Thank God for Dr. Frank and his team at Elite Medical. After getting a horrible rash and being ill in Ghana this was the first one to actually take the time to listen to my concerns and identify the correct diagnosis as well as treatment.
